My toy. 1962 Gaz M21 Volga. Was bought few weeks for 1000 Euro, pretty nice condition. Engine works, but oil change wasn't done for 5 last years, so i dont want to start it. Now it waits for registartion and garage. Engine - 2.5 L petrol, 3 speed manual gearbox, approx weight - 1580 kg. 0-100 km/h (0-60 mph) - approx 30 sec, max speed 130 km/h.
Comparable american car - 1952 Ford Mainline And yes, it have more rust than Duncan's bus (IMG:http://s020.radikal.ru/i718/1306/73/2e9e8f75882c.jpg) (IMG:http://s017.radikal.ru/i431/1306/72/4473f83f2920.jpg) (IMG:http://s018.radikal.ru/i525/1306/75/be7a7b9ddaea.jpg) (IMG:http://i031.radikal.ru/1306/dd/d2590149c220.jpg) |

@N.OzolS, thanks dude, as you said, it's difficult to find 2 gen even here, in Russia. 1962 (first half) was last year of 2 gen production, chassis №19xxxx
thanks, at first i was thinking about 4.5L v8 engine swap but decided to keep it original, but make it bit lower with some classic accessories. |

Slight reverse rake
Get new lights Redo the bad interior parts (looking original) Restore some of the chrome bits Keep the military-esque paint scheme and rust Get tidy rims |
