Is this possible?Car too low that you can touch ground with fingers when you are in car?

kind of a silly question, Depends on hight of cars body to the window, and the driver's are length. Also. I'm sure its possible, worlds lowest car's body is like less than a foot to the top of the roof,lol.

Edit: just did a quick search, I think this is the car I was talking about, but I remember it being a volvo wagon.

found it for sure this time, this was the guiness book Worlds Lowest Car record holder, however, not sure if it still is.

I saw a pic somewhere of a low Golf and the guy's hand was almost touching the ground.
