saying a guy is good-looking isn't gay whatsoever. anytime you see a guy you know wether or not he is good-looking. it just happens. if you said "that guy is well fit." or "DAYUM. that guy looks hot!" then that's gay, but if you said "don't worry, you're a good looking guy..." then it's not gay at all (unless you're extremly sexually insecure)
