Hey fags (A fag is a cigar, usually a Havana Cuban cigar)
I've been wondering what the perfect first car would be, not for me, but for anyone. Pick one and post some reasons why. Mine: Golf 4 -Not very expensive -Has a lot of tuning potential -Good eco-s**t, they don't use as much fuel as jred's camaro Now your turn, PCA! |

Honda Civic or Accord
Pros: Later 80s to mid 90s models can be found very easily and cheap. Reliable. As long as you keep the usual maintenance up, it won't break down. Easy and affordable to maintain. Great on gas. (Even with the mods on mine I get 26-28mpg city and 38 mpg highway) Easy to find oem spec replacement parts for reasonable prices. Abundance of aftermarket parts and tuning potential. Lots of engine swap possibilities. Huge fan following and expert experience to go to for help. Simple construction makes it easy to work on without hassle. available in many different models (Civic: hatch, coupe, sedan. Accord: Wagon, Coupe, Sedan) Cons: People will almost guaranteed call you a ricer no matter what you have or haven't done to it. |

na lol 2003 Honda Accord Euro. Sister has one, great car... interior is a bitch to clean because its black and it shows everything, other then that i cant really fault this car. Mitsubishi 380 GT. Underrated severely. 2010 Ford Festiva. Small and very economical... Cant be seen in on unless you have a vagina... or are a giant punce. Mazda 3... the turbo one Its turbo... nuff said R34 GTR nuff said oil pump may fail... but this is actually a very easy problem to fix Series 8 RX7 find a good example.. nuff said downside is that rotary's are unreliable KE70 corolla. Find one with the larger engine, get new shocks and bushes. have a ball! ... has no aircon.. east fix tho Various other cars that arent new toyotas... |

1974-1984 Volkswagen Rabbit/Golf
Pro's: ~ Vary reliable and safe (like most cars if taking care of will be your best friend) ~ Great on fuel if anything go with a diesel yeah they stink but the flue savings are crazy but im not saying not to go with a petrol ether the pretty good on fuel only when stock ~ There is many little tricks though out the model lines (for exampled you can swap parts with a newer VW/Audi) like motors and suspension parts also some exterior bits plus interior stuff ~ Many after-market parts are available and in most cases are bolt ons and easy to install ~ Insurance is resalable ( As in most case's it depend on you age and driving history) ~ Very spacious and comfortable ~ Easy to park and maneuver Con's ~ Sunroof can tend to leak and cause the A pillars to rot out ~ The trim can cause some of the body to rot (like rain tray and fender flares) ~ Not common as they use to be(so parts can be hard to find) ~ No power steering so it can feel heavy in some case's ~ Some interior bits tend to brake over the years |

Insurance for a golf mk1 here is rediculous (IMG:style_emoticons/default/xd.gif) because they were stolen alot when they were new, it means they're all gonna be stolen now :S
