s**t photo from a mate's camera phone (IMG:style_emoticons/default/toung.gif)
(IMG:http://a4.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc7/384589_2595767931162_1163630627_33083148_1088872447_n.jpg) (IMG:http://a3.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/392016_2595764171068_1163630627_33083147_1490304748_n.jpg) Got bored, doing rolling burnouts and drifts on wet grass outside his flat, then this happened (IMG:style_emoticons/default/toung.gif) I've still got clumps of mud in my bar ends and all up the engine casing; Got asked at work the other day why there were footprints on the petrol tank too (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) |

i still seriously think your front tyres the wrong way round. there designed to push the water out to the sides and being that way round draws the water to the middle and then you aquaplane (cant spell its about 12:30am here...)
seriously if you lose control when its wet and its because of lose of steering.... i warned you |

I've been on my hands and knees about 4 times to reassure myself that the arrows point the right way on the tires; it's just an awkward looking design |

Kaboosh - just hit my 3,000th mile in 2 months of having her on the road - that's 29,004 miles on the clock (IMG:style_emoticons/default/toothygrin.gif)
On another note - Cruising at 130mph for the best part of 20 miles is: A- f**king expensive, burnt off half a tank like that; B - Not good for motorcycle health, at least on something as small as a 650cc, it was sitting in 6th gear at 9,500rpm for a large portion of the time; C - f**king exercise! my back, shoulders and neck muscles burn from the effort to hold myself against the wind-blast (IMG:style_emoticons/default/toung.gif) I shall be the size of Mike Tyson if I keep this up! And on a progress note: I've got a full service to do on the bike, so while I'm at it I'm gonna give her a f*cking good clean, and gonna clean up the clocks and surround, mine are a little bit f**ked... Nooo, The tach face will be replaced, that's beyond saving, it's a common fault with the naked SV650's, they all do it given time...
The unit as a whole I'm just gonna sand flat then rattle can black, tidy it up that little bit, make it looks less like it's been stolen (IMG:style_emoticons/default/toung.gif) Thought I may also add, riding home from college today (Cba'd, left early) and I'm cruising down the A45, minding my own business at a happy 95mph - I check my mirrors out of impulse and there's flashing blue lights with an angry police man behind me... so to tell the truth, I did s**t myself, as I pulled into the middle lane to make my way to the verge to stop though, he barrels on past me - I actually giggled like a little school girl that I wasn't going to be getting any points (IMG:style_emoticons/default/toothygrin.gif) |
