for example when i open pca, i click new posts and open them all at once, so my pc goes super slow

lol, says a guy with a gif in his sig.

there isn't a way to turn one person's sig off, but there is a way to turn all sigs off.

user cp >> board settings

Under the section " board display settings", the first option should be:

"Do you wish to view members signatures when reading topics?"

gifs are fine as long as they're not much more then half a megabyte. Clems rainbow cookie thing is only 5 kilobites.
