This is due to our spam-blocking system. I'm hoping the issue will fix itself with time as its supposed to start caching. Whatever page you went to probably just wasn't cached and the server couldn't respond to your request as quick as it wanted to so it just displays that page. Clicking retry or refreshing should fix it.

Just close the registration thing, leave a box on the main page to write directly to moderation (like the report system), then new members can ask mods/admins to let them in.

lol, dunno, just a random idea. But this thing is annoying indeed.

Admins are the only people who can add new members and right now its only me and CR454 but mostly me. We get quite a few new members every day, whether they post or not. I just see it being a big pain.
