Just bought a 90 corolla from a friend. It's a GTS model so that means it has a 4age!! Lol. I paid $500 for it. It needs the valve seals replaced and it has a little bit of rust on the left front fender. No big deal, Im an autobody tech so I can handle it.

It's so JDM that it even has window tints that faded to dark pink! I like it lol. I have a 12" Alpine sub and a Kenwood amp I'm putting in. No pics yet because I'm too lazy but it's white with some chrome steelie style wheels.

My plans are to straight pipe it in January when it's legal here and lower it. Probably some nice 16s and a fresh paint job.

Also it's stick! With a brand new clutch, a nice stainless header, and a cold air intake. Idk what I wanna do besides straight pipe and slam it with wheels lmao.

My first car was a DX and I love the GTS
AE92s are cool welcome to the 4a club (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile2.gif)
is it a blue top or red top?
post pics. Also maybe you should stick with 15s (IMG:style_emoticons/default/toung.gif) 4x114.3 rims that are 16 are gonna be expensive.

http://carphotos2.cardomain.com/images/001...9_large.jpg?v=1

this was my old inspiration for mine

Do a Levin convert with a chargespeed lip

Blue tops for the ae92 come with TVIS and have blue lettering on the valve cover
Red tops are obviously red lettered but don't have TVIS for their highcompression
you could see all this on the engine or look in your manual (IMG:style_emoticons/default/toung.gif)

i personally love the ae92, my mom used to have the trueno, which is crazy to me since my mom drove something with a 4age lulz
but many people think it was the worst thing to make it fwd

I have only seen one other 92 and it was a trueno. Not the biggest fan of the trueno honestly. Plus that one was a rolling shell and it was beat to hell :/

I think the 92 trueno is a little awkward up front. It should have had the boxy front like the original trueno not the weird roundish one. Also the indicators under the pop ups are huge lol
But Levin AE92s are just perfect. When I get my next 92 I will do a Levin convert

this car is a money pit! But i will not give up.

I still have to get the damn valve keeper tool and do the valve seals. But the best part is that i went to the hospital for a week and came home to see that my top tank on my radiator had dried out enough to crack 6 inches... f**k.

Sweet dude. Def 20v it. A friend here has a ST 92. Super easy swap since it stays horizontally mounted. Problems (and money) come when you turn to the side and bolt a T50 to it.
