I think that's called the hub. that's weird, usually aftermarket wheels have huge hubs to fit any car... or where these made for one specific car? Those are called hubcentric wheels. Makes them a bit stronger.

The Cap in the Center of the Hub I'm guessing it interfere with the rim wouldn't spacers fix it....Dosnt need to be to thick due to it shape i do have a Repair Manual for the MK3 lmao they just call it a cap lol

He probably just needs to get the wheel bored out to his hub size. According to the specs he threw out there, I think these will already poke a bit so I don't think he needs spacers.
