So i have spent a few days looking at the art on this site, and i was wondering what parametres an image had to conform to to be counted as pixel art cars? For example is the picture below, which is fairly high definition, pixel art, or does it have to be 1 pixel = 1 inch?

Thanks (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile2.gif)

that image isnt particularly pixel art as its taken straight from S-Tuner

pixel art is when you pixellate a painting, so you actually apply the pixels yourself, usually using a shade bar

Thanks for clarifying (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile2.gif) (And yes, that was made on s-tuner, which is what introduced me to this forum in the first place)
