QUOTE
This is not for sale for £99 as in title (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile2.gif) I just want to see what interest i get as i don't mind keeping it.

I am not open to any good cash offers.

No silly offers of 6,7,8k please this is not your standard Evo.

Epic fail ben (IMG:style_emoticons/default/xd.gif)

Heh, I am aware, still a twat for trying to "see what interest he can get", I wonder if there's any legalities with all of this "It was advertised for £99, so I want it for £99" business

If it was an auction and it ended that low, he would be legally required to give it to you. But since he's only open to offers, he can refuse all of them if he wants.

Well I offered him £95 cash which is a damn good offer, so we'll see if I'm driving an Evo by the end of the week.
