Yea, cuz i typed out a whole thing once, then i sent it said cannot send and i had to retype....

Yes, either way a spammer will spam.
But I'm not going to make their lives easier by having no restriction on it. I'll review what the current timeout limit is but I'm keeping the function turned on. |

It's amazingly retarded for people who get team app notifications, because that counts as a PM sent by them, and then can't follow up immediately.
Not to mention I send a s***load of PM's and that timeout makes it amazingly difficult to communicate via PM I believe I brought this up before aswell |
