Trouble with uploading a profile picture. Keep getting an Upload Error Message. Can somebody shed light on the problem? Is this a isolated problem or widespread?

all my contacts have the same profile picture and i asked them what do they have as a profile pic and they say its normal and stuff
all my contacts have the actuall msn ..im the only one that has KMESS so what is wrong? is it because KMESS cant display profile pics from msn? |
