Pixel Car Art _ PCA News _ New Image Uploader

As part of a refresh the staff and I are doing to the site, we have replaced the imageshack uploader with a new TinyPic uploader at the bottom of the screen. Its not very pretty but it gets the job done! It is hidden until you click the "TinyPic Plugin" button to open it.
