i want to make a base but idk what a blue print site is and how to resize a blue print...help?

Nice a bonneville! Just find out the real car's dimensions and then resize the blueprints 1 pixel per real life inch. Don't do it with paint/ It messes it up. Do it with gimp or photoshop. For example one car's FV is 80 inches wide and 55 inches tall. Resize your blueprint FV to 80 pixels wide and 55 pixels tall.
