First ever pixel art. Any tips?

I can clearly see some AA and shadow/highlighting is wrong, but what to do to make it better?

Seems to be a good start for a first ever, and it's good to see people still taking interest in this. You should, first of all put it in the right section lol. You should also post it at normal size, not enlarged. With that out of the way, here is some feedback on the car:
Make some of the aa longer - don't add more shades, just make it longer. Like on the roof where it makes it look wobbly as it's shorter.
The shading seems to be Photoshopped or you used a brush for it. This is a big no. Make a palette of 13 shades (that's usually what scaled cars use, up to you, point is don't use more than you can easily keep track of, use like 5 if you want a really pixel art-y look) and make sure all auto anti aliasing is disabled. Every pixel needs to be placed by you, and must have a purpose. Don't let the program anti alias or shade anything for you.

Other people here have better points and things but that's just the basic stuff you'll need to start off with. Good luck!
