Hey. Well, I don't pixel at all nowadays, and this is why:
(IMG:http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6148/5984930814_4d612ecf32.jpg) (IMG:http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6137/5984926756_d64ee5a6bf.jpg) (IMG:http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6128/5928274364_7d0efa35b9.jpg) (IMG:http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6137/5984373293_04e35b649a.jpg) (IMG:http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6018/5927751565_e251ca320c.jpg) (IMG:http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6010/5902024188_622330ee96.jpg) (IMG:http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6001/5928288860_b9df8e4262.jpg) (IMG:http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6133/5927704451_535debb476.jpg) It's a 1999 Suzuki SV650X (Naked), 72bhp, 50ft/lbs, 650cc. Considering she only weighs 165kg, that means 129mph (From a standstill in less than 10 seconds), 0-60 in 3.7 seconds, and I'm 17 years old. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/toothygrin.gif) This'll be a bit like MIV's topic for his Golf - Just updated with random happenings to do with it. I've recently got myself a rather tastefully paying job as-well, so updates will probably be a plenty... Enjoy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/toothygrin.gif) This post has been edited by Ed.: Oct 3 2011, 09:40 PM |

When I get paid by said job - This is the month I've gone from leaving Tesco and joining the new company, so I'm at this precise moment more poor than Africa (IMG:style_emoticons/default/toung.gif)
Maybe you should pop down, as My house is on the A45... |

Ta, Apart from the clock face of the rev counter, nothing is being repaired, just improved (IMG:style_emoticons/default/toung.gif) Why bother with the little things that just look pretty? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/toung.gif) but indeed, don't fix what isn't broken, if you don't want to do it. Alot of people ask that, and the awnser is no, trust me, i've been paranoid and checked it out myself a few times - it's an odd design that looks like it shouldn't work, but does very well - Michelin Road Pilot 2's.
That doesn't help my paranoia either though, because in the marketting photo's you'll find of them on google and such, they've turned them around so they look better (IMG:style_emoticons/default/xd.gif) |

Slight update on the SV650.
(IMG:http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6150/5928304086_0cd842b964.jpg) My bike, to comply with British laws was restricted to 33bhp, via a set of washers in the inlet manifolds, just after the carburettor. Legally, I must have these fitted untill two years after I passed my test. In it's 33bhp state, in comparison, it would keep up happily with a Ford Fiesta Zetec S, which are quite quick in their own right. But hardly spectacularly quick. Well, I removed the restrictions yesterday and went for a 60 mile hard ride around my town. I can happily say, 125mph with a pillion (Someone sitting on the back for those of you who don't know) is completely possible, and the front end of the bike will sit happily 45 degrees in the air for 3 gears, up until 90mph without breaking a sweat. I think this bike may soon turn into a bit of a hooligan machine... |
