Pixel Car Art _ Help and Support _ Quick question for veterans of Pixel Car Art forms.

Posted by: mc-stratos Oct 14 2015, 09:22 PM

Well I found I site called S Tuner where you can build various Japanese cars with a lot of custom options. It also has a feature were you can generate a pixel car version of said custom cars. Do you think the general community of these forms would get upset or not like me posting these pixels ? I would credit the site in the photo and in the description. Thanks for you help!!!

Very cool, I think you can post them if you want, people are not that strict about stuff like that here. It would probably be good to say that you made the car with STuner in the post though

The only problem with this is it's not very original, its almost like making a collage out of other peoples work (ie the lad who made stuner)

it's not frowned upon unless you dont credit, but saying that its not typically appreciated because its not 'your' work per-say

Thanks for the advice! Ithink I'm not gonna do that I'm just gonna practice and learn how to pixel over time.

Yeah you should try doing actual pixels, it's quite complicated if it's your first time, but trust me, I've been there smile2.gif

My first works are quite crappy but after 2 years of practice I am getting better and still learning different shading and pixelling techniques.

I am looking forward for your tunes!
