OKAY, so basically, when Gilf was booted from UPshift, he stayed in the forum because it was set up wrongly. Niko PM'd me, telling me that the forum password had been compromised, and it will be changed immediately. This was all around 2-3 months ago. But, as the screenshot Andrew took last night, GILF IS STILL ABLE TO GET IN. Not under Gilf of course, but under his second account, ae__. (WHICH is against the rules, by the way.) Now I'm sure the staff already knows that ae__ is Gilf. Why hasn't anything been done about him having two accounts, after being banned on the first one? Also, I'm curious as to why my forum password was never changed, even though Niko said it was. I know it's not Niko's fault, because he can't change it. Alex, why haven't you done it? Don't start going "it's too hard *cringes*" because that's what you always do. If you can't do the admin job, don't be an admin. If you can, just change the password so dickheads like Gilftard can't gain access to the forum. AND if you're really feeling up to it, configure the forum the correct way, like the others, so this won't even be an issue. 
That's in the UPshift team forum. Why is ae__ looking at the topic?

Very cool, really, I don't mind if gilf is in the topic, or ae__ if he actually was in the team before. I know he was booted, but I don't really see it is a big problem, as long as he is not harassing anyone.
but this is a pretty crazy problem

this is really a prob i took the screenshots and this one really proofs that he was looking so the dude cant say its a photoshop r something

his accounts in pcf are "gilf " and "ハチロク"
and basicly in a pcf topic "ハチロク" quoted "gilf" , and i quoted that quote , i wrote
"look gilf quoted ae__"
and "ハチロク" sent me a pm saying
"what, now i cant even quote nobady"
so he revealed himself
i somewhat agree with hk cause he isnt spamming or something buttt he has 2 accounts and he is loorking into private forums
and isnt very cool that the password hasent been changed

man,if he is kicked of the team,is why we no longer want it there, so he has no more right to have access to forums, this is not something like "oh my god, he's watching my super secret projects" but rather a matter of respect, after all , All there are only pixel cars 
AND if this has already been asked long ago should have been already solved.

like henrik said is just a matter of respect, something gilf doesnt has
if he wants to see our projects, he can cnc via pm or something
butt its just that he doesnt has the rights of entering the forum, double accounting, repping unofficial teams etc. etc.
if he made a second account because he wants to start again with the right foot is ok
i rember i tried to start with the right foot when i stealed the things (lol good times)
but entering private forums repping unofficial teams flamming and spamming isnt the right way to do it

Yeah Dan, that's not necessary. I just wish our admins could do things in a timely manner, instead of say how hard something is, even though it's not difficult at all..

I can't do much about the ae_ situation because what if it really is his brother? I don't really believe him... but I can't ban him without any solid proof. And he hasn't really seemed to be causing any major trouble other then this.
What I can do is this. If anyone is caught lurking in the upshift team forums without actually being on the team, they can enjoy a nice 2 week vacation.
It is posted now and will be enforced.
Let me know if you see anyone in there again and I'll take care of it.

ive even did a IP check there both different so im not sure if he has changed his ip or if its really his brother but who knows if gilf gave AE_ the password or not

not to be harsh or whatever but getting a "new" ip on the internet isn't that difficult...
i also don't mind somebody looking at my wip's, they are just pixels, but i mind if someone does things which he isn't allowed to like going into team forums of teams where he isn't a member

It's called a proxy. It's not hard to do. I just want the damn password changed, because it's annoying having to worry about lurkers in my forum.

but he needs to respect wich places he can enter and wich he cants

First off i know its not hard to change the IP address but if you log on to your old Account it changes the IP address witch is not the case im not that stupid as i said "not sure if he has changed his IP"

he sent me a pm in pcf saying that said "now I cant even quote nobady"
when i typed " yo gilf quoted ae_"
i have the message
he uses the exact same type of letter and centers the text when presenting a tune
he is from poland
he knewed he f**ked everything up as gilf acying like if he was the owner of pca
and again
maybe he tried to start again with the right foot wich personally is ok
but thats not right the way to do it

We can't do anything about it. Why can't you just be satisfied with what I said? If you see it again, I will suspend him.
That is also a very broad set of facts, nothing definitive. Like I said, it probably is him. But the ip check failed and the proof you gave isn't enough to ban someone.
I can't ban someone for doing things in a similar way to someone else.

I told you I would break something making Upshift... but NOOOO you guys couldn't wait for Addict to do it rigth and forced me to do it wrong ending with a broken team forum...
AE is being watched, he does say he's Gilfs brother and he doesn't act like gilf, they do share 1 IP adress but if he really is brother then using the same IP isn't unlikely.

Andrew.... Alex was rushed to make the forums.
We cant blame the staff IN ANY WAY because our forum isnt connected to team...
Our team wasnt official we wernt soppused to have forum in first place.
I mean yes, they couldve have fixed it later on, BUT ITS OUR OWN FAULT FROM THE BEGINNING.
The only thing i blame the staff for is addict screwing up my team position and never looking into it.

ok update, I see how teams keep non team members out. but upshift isn't on the list of permisions so I can't make it so only upshifters can go there untill then
and I really don't know how to make that happen.

As you found out, the setup isn't done through the team stuff, it's done through the permissions mostly. and if we waited for Mick to do it, it would've never gotten done.

he probably would have done it a week or 2 after I made it, you know when upshift became more then just a password protected forum. only PCA is different from PCL and he must have missed the permissions bit.
I don't know what he called upshift to add it to the official team list or where i can find out so i can't tweak permissions to exclude everyone but upshift.
this is exaclty why some thing should be done by one person and not 2... things get confusing and impossible when done by 2. specialy when one doesn't know what he's doing

They should let me be an admin. Not trying to brag or anything but I did used to have a spot on a server with a forum I could mess around with and I am pretty good with this stuff. I would just need to brush up.

Addict knew I didn't know much about the admin controls. He showed me a few things, told me to NEVER do a few things. and said he would teach me more on the way. He became inactive due to real world stuff and with that I didn't learn the more advanced things.
SO QUIT COMPLAINING
