Steady on with the language.

About 7PM my time last night (almost 24 hours before this post) the server ran out of memory and decided to kill on of the processes. As it turns out, it stopped the SQL server which our database sits on.

I didn't find out about this until I received an SMS from one of the PCL admins about 10:30 this morning. I was on a clients site where I couldn't access the server so fixed it as soon as I got home.

And that's the story. The server ran out of memory because of a leak I've been meaning to track down for months. I thought I'd found a temporary work around but it still requires a server reboot every 2 weeks or so.

big deal? BIG DEAL?? it was at least 16 hours, because it was down the entire time i was awake, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. no pca for a whole day is a big deal!
