Damnit the deal never went through, the guy sent my money back and informed me that the rear shocks are blown.

at least he did that and didn't just take the money and give you messed up parts. Well, seems like he just tried to do that. Then for some reason wanted to tell you that he had sold you messed up parts. Maybe pity or something... one does not simply forgets that your suspension is f**ked up, even more when it is for sale This post has been edited by Henrique.: Feb 16 2013, 08:40 PM |

Sounds to me like he never even shipped them. The seller may not have known that it was blown when he listed them and maybe just found out.

No wait. Didn't Rywired get the coils on his hands yet? I'm confused. If Jred is right I take back what I said lol. Sorry to the owner
Edit: Yeah I just read the reply about the coils properly, sorry I'm retarded. Well, anyways, too bad you couldn't get your coils man. This post has been edited by Henrique.: Feb 16 2013, 09:20 PM |

Yeah the guy (whom i trust, he has a nice k series crx build on crxcommunity) just found out yesterday when he tested the shocks before packaging em up to ship em out. He called me and told me the rears were blown and the fluids were leaking so he said he will refund my money in full.
J.red ill think about it, im limited on funds and im kinda low right now lol. Oh and the parts were off of his Y-49 CRX, for those of you that don't know Y-49 is a cursed color for the crx's lol. Parts break out of no where, getting rear ended up the ass (no pun intended) all that kinds of crazy sheit. So yeah i kinda knew the risk but what ever lol. f**k.
Somewhat of a good news: (IMG:http://img515.imageshack.us/img515/9979/img0393y.jpg) (IMG:http://img833.imageshack.us/img833/2263/img0394tw.jpg) (IMG:http://img854.imageshack.us/img854/6706/img0395al.jpg) BAD NEWS (Its killing my insides slowly): QUOTE ("TurtleED8") UPDATE: aghhh, ok so i replaced the switch which i found out is a little identical to the D16A6 one. But i think i got myself into a whole 'nother problem! URGHHHHHHHHHH Alright it all started off when i decided to try to take off the I.M. so i can get to the radiator switch alot easier,(Battery was already out at this point) halfway into taking it apart i gave up becuase the bracket that is holding the I.M. has some really rusty bolts so i then started putting everything back together, plugged in everything all connectors and all the vacuum lines. So my instinct tells me, maybe i should rinse off the I.M area lightly with a hose with water to clean off the gas that came out of the fuel rail when i took it off. I did that and let it sit for a day to dry off, put the new radiator switch in and then put the old battery back in, refilled the radiator and then got into the car to start it. Well here is the weird part when i put my foot on the brakes my cluster acts up, (so i thought maybe its just my cluster being retarded) tried to start it but nothing happens! So i took my foot off the brakes and then tried to start it from there, well now im getting something but it skips like its not catching (starter shorting out?). My ECU is throwing a code 20 (20 flashes stops and then repeats right?) So yeah i dont know, i REALLY need help guys. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fjn5T55Y_DI Heres a video of it trying to start, i have the key all the way in the crank position im not letting it go. Brand new battery from advancedauto too. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) COPY&PASTE from my thread on CRXCommunity |
