It depends on what the v8 he put in it is. If it's something like an aluminum block ls motor, I don't really see a problem. He'd could easily be getting just as much or more power and higher torque with N/A. And no turbo lag.

WHAT IS THIS SH*T? Just put tickets on ricers and stop debating what a ricer is. If you don't think that a dual exhaust is ricey, then don't put tickets on cars with them. Problem solved.

i saw a civic today with an old guy driving it, and it had a trd badge on it, i literily loled
and the v8 skylines a r33 gts25t or somthing, and he DID have no headers on it and was driving around like that, hes now got some weld racing rims on it and some thick as tyres, i bet its not legal, lol |

he said he was waiting for the exhaust, he might of had headers on i dunno (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)
i think its turboed, but its auto and no blow off sounds coming out, or waste gate, so no it isnt |
