gonna see if u can find some better condition seats? Also if they seat rails are sticky just rub some grease into them.
Try import monster for some rims. or Yahoo auctions japan... use google chrome it will translate it better then import monster.
Also u can source a nice Nardi copy steering wheel for as little as 60 bucks. They are pretty much as god as the real thing aswell.
If you want to you can hacksaw your shifter to make it shorter... and if u reaaally wana do it right just tap a new thread... if u know how to.
