Just bought a 90 corolla from a friend. It's a GTS model so that means it has a 4age!! Lol. I paid $500 for it. It needs the valve seals replaced and it has a little bit of rust on the left front fender. No big deal, Im an autobody tech so I can handle it.
It's so JDM that it even has window tints that faded to dark pink! I like it lol. I have a 12" Alpine sub and a Kenwood amp I'm putting in. No pics yet because I'm too lazy but it's white with some chrome steelie style wheels.
My plans are to straight pipe it in January when it's legal here and lower it. Probably some nice 16s and a fresh paint job.
Also it's stick! With a brand new clutch, a nice stainless header, and a cold air intake. Idk what I wanna do besides straight pipe and slam it with wheels lmao.
sounds mint bro, is it a trueno?
My first car was a DX and I love the GTS
AE92s are cool welcome to the 4a club
is it a blue top or red top?
post pics. Also maybe you should stick with 15s 4x114.3 rims that are 16 are gonna be expensive.

is it like this?
I think theyre cool, just dont feel the FWD is right in it :/ Reminds me a lot of the early soarers
Yea I'm not a fan of FWD but for 500 bucks I any complain at all. I need a car for when I go off to college in September and this will do just fine.
Yeah for that money its amazing, pictures soon please
Update:
full 2.5" exhaust installed. All engine gaskets and valve seals done, brakes being done soon, and rust holes still there.
ball sack
needs more pictures
pictures are for people with too much time on their hands.
this car is a money pit! But i will not give up.
I still have to get the damn valve keeper tool and do the valve seals. But the best part is that i went to the hospital for a week and came home to see that my top tank on my radiator had dried out enough to crack 6 inches... f**k.
ls1 swap it you noob
Im gonna 20v 4age swap it. Only 4 more valves then what i have now
I just need to buy a damn radiator before the crack gets worse and i overheat...
lol good luck with a 20v swap the water cooling system is a nightmare
also you never followed me back on instagram >:(
Ok guys, finally some pics!!!
Exhaust is finally done. Still blowing oil though but it looks cool #justaintcare
Tow strap because no factory tow hook since no reinforcement.
Took me about 2 hours to get the damn cam gear cover off.
Honestly the best purchase ive made since I bought the car. I feel confident that the wheel is solid and not gonna fall apart in my hands like my old one was doing
Anyone wanna buy a piece of s**t?? Make an offer.
lol dont give up man
The engine mount is in the way. There's a post that goes through the center of the cover that was in the way...
i want that wheel nice GT92
ae92. and its not for sale now. It finally runs and its never run better!!!
Sweet dude. Def 20v it. A friend here has a ST 92. Super easy swap since it stays horizontally mounted. Problems (and money) come when you turn to the side and bolt a T50 to it.
i've been trying to convince my dad to put a wheel like that on his mazda tribute lmao
