Alright, this has been going on since I started using Safari, but I just delt with it. Everytime I click the "view topics made by this member" under someones profile, It tells me I have to wait 15 seconds before searching again... but I never searched before it and after waiting well over 15 seconds I still can't search. It only happens on Safari though, I downloaded Fire Fox one time and I could search perfectly fine. Any idea on whats going on?
use firefox. problem solved
It's my family computer and dad wants us to use safari, and I'm not gonna dl firefox everytime I wanna use the internet
safari sucks, why do you have to use it?
It came with my computer, i like it, family likes it...
Very cool, pretty weird, you should get ice weasel because it is a FAMILY WEB BROWSER, but pretty weird, I had the same problem with Google Chrome, I'm not sure what it is.
Safari on my iPhone has no issues..
Maybe you have your browser set up to hypothetically click every link to decrease your load times (prefetch?) and it registers as having had searched before
Also uses safari.
After I waited the 15s it takes me P:
hmm.. install firefox in hiden folder. Put link in hidden location. problem solved!
but firefox is better "this from an IE user..."
Anything is better than Internet Explorer!!!! LOL
Opera is very good browser. Though lacks some simple features that FF has
The most recent version of IE seems pretty good. the only reason I switched to FF was because the older IE would crash constantly. Even on a freshly installed Vista OS. I would probably use it again but I don't really have a reason to switch because FF has been behaving fine.
IE just work for ONE thing.
Downloading another browser xP
amen!
I'd rather pray for another browser than use IE
it's a vista issue i never had problems with IE6 IE7 or IE8.
but FF bogged down my computer like a ton of lead bricks...
try opera
yeah, Firefox sometimes gets REALLY slow when you have alot of tabs open.
Also, facebook pretty much sucks in every way with firefox.
